Thanks to the internet and net neutrality standards, human communications have never been so diverse and so free. But independent internet media is under threat. The giant media corporations that still dominate the old "mainstream media" system are fighting tooth and nail to secure the right to literally tilt the internet playing field to favor big-budget corporate media. They want to be able to create artificial barriers to slow down small independent media content, to choke off all that pesky competition from the masses.

HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TV HUMBOLDT VIDEO PLAYER?

Here are some things you can try:

1) UPDATE FLASH -- Many computers, especially older ones, need to update to the current version of Flash in order to view TV Humboldt. keeping up- to-date with Flash is highly recommended, not only because it's needed to watch our player and YouTube videos, but also because many other websites (video and non-video) are built on the Flash platform. GET THE CURRENT VERSION OF FLASH (click here).

2) WATCH US ON YOUTUBE -- An alternative (and much less pleasant) way to watch TV Humboldt is on YouTube. This should be avoided unless it's the only way you can tune in. To try the YouTube way of watching, click the link below -- BUT BE SURE TO GO FULL-SCREEN ONCE YOU GET THERE. Also, be aware that after each video, there may be a short delay. But if you wait a few moments, the next video should start right up.
